Last August I took a trip to Europe, Spain, and Morocco. It was the most inspiring moment in my life so far. So many people and cultures it was overwhelmingly amazing and got my creative juices overflowing!!

All I can say is MOROCCO! Holly amazing, I was at home there......for three days..I know morocco for three days and you felt at home? But how?! It was crazy but it totally had me wrapped around its little moroccan finger, and I couldn't have been happier about it. While I was there I saw textiles and fabrics like I had never seen, colors, textures, materials! As a designer I fell its completely necessary to travel outside your country for inspiration, you see and experience what the other part of the world have to offer and it gets you thinking outside the box.

Anyway as I go on and on about Morocco here are some photos for you to get a little taste of the beautiful country, its coors, and inspiration for our designs to come!

completely at home in Mama Africa!

Moroccan wall art was huge in this little town of Asilah, all the buildings were white with blue detailing either on the bottom of the building or along the top. Because of all the white walls people got creative and began doing murals on all the blank canvases. It was stunning! There was also no shortage of little furry friends Like this little sleeping kitty.

This town was so peaceful, We walked for hours threw the veins of the inner town marveled by the quietness and little gems of paintings and beautifully kept quart yards we came across. There was no people anywhere, except for these two young boys we came across within the maze.      I will be back soon....
